About wall mounting
If you use regular double-sided tape to attach the item, the paint on the wall may peel off. If you are attaching the item to a wall, please use a tape that will not peel off the paint.
If the paint peels off, we may require you to repaint it yourself or charge you a fee. -
About lighting
Feel free to move the lighting provided at Albe Hall Nagoya. You can also bring in and set up your own lighting.
*If you move the lighting, please return it to its original position when you leave so that the entire venue is lit.
(The standard lighting is neutral white, but we can provide warm orange lighting. Please contact us in advance if you would like this.)

Regarding noise during setup and removal
Please let us know in advance if you will be making loud noises when setting up or taking down the equipment (such as using a hammer or screwdriver for assembly).
If you will be making loud noises, please keep the fire door in front of the elevator hall and the balcony door closed while you are working.

Parking for loading and unloading, and storage space for items being loaded
・Please refrain from parking directly in front of the building when loading and unloading. You may park a little further back from the building. (Please refrain from parking for long periods of time other than when loading and unloading.)
・When loading or unloading, please refrain from leaving any items in the shared space on the 1st floor, even temporarily.
Please bring it directly into the space.

Please be careful not to make any mistakes when taking your belongings home as they may get mixed up with our own equipment.

・Please note that since the elevators are also used by other tenants, it may take some time to move around in the elevator depending on the time of day.
・Since there are no staff members on-site at Arbe Hall Nagoya, we have installed security cameras for security reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from using the facility in a way that produces strong odors such as aromas or incense.
・Occupying or lingering in spaces other than the reserved room (such as hallways or stairs)
・Bringing pets (animals that have been trained to be used as models are permitted)
・No adult content allowed.
