You can look round in 360° VR, and we are happy to show you round by video call. A member of staff walks through the space with the camera, showing you whatever you want to see.

Changes and cancellations
Moving a booking to another date or time is free, if the new slot is available.Even at short notice, do ask. There is no limit on how many times.
If you cancel, a charge applies according to how many days are left before your booking. 31 days or more: free. 30 to 15 days: 50%. 14 days to the day before: 80%. On the day: 100%. The rates are the same at every space.
From 3 days before your booking, the booking system can no longer handle changes.Enquiry form to get in touch. Full details are on the Changes and cancellations.
The same at every space
- Book enough time to cover bringing things in and taking them out. For as long as your belongings or exhibits are in the space, it counts as in use — the same idea as a hotel room.
- Please put everything back as you found it and take your rubbish with you.
- No open flames.
About this space
- The owner's company uses this space during the week; we let it out only at weekends and on public holidays.Weekdays are not available. The owner also uses the space once or twice a month on a Saturday, so some Saturdays are not available either. Where the calendar shows a day as free but the booking system will not take it, that is one of the owner's days.
- For a music-video shoot, please do not use drums, which are very loud.There is a maternity clinic and housing nearby. If complaints come in, we will no longer be able to let this space at all. Please help us keep it available.
- A member of staff unlocks and locks up, but no one stays on site.
- It is a warehouse, so there is no heating or cooling on the main floor (the changing rooms do have it).
- Going anywhere other than your space on the first floor is strictly not allowed.Please use it considerately, so that it stays available for years to come.
- If you are here for cosplay, please be considerate of the surrounding area.
- If your use will be loud, we may need to discuss the time of day with you.
- If you are coming by car, please use the marked parking spaces. There are no pay-and-display car parks nearby. Please do not park anywhere unauthorised — it causes trouble for the neighbours.
- We do not keep shooting equipment here. Please bring your own lighting and the like.
- We cannot accept things sent ahead by courier, and load-in the day before is not possible.
- Shooting adult content is strictly not allowed.
