Spaces people often view together
People looking for a pop-up shop or exhibition venue often want to see both. They are in different parts of the city — Meieki and Sakae — but if both are free we can sometimes show you round on the same day. They differ a lot in size and in feel, so most people prefer to compare before deciding.
Other combinations are fine too — just ask. The booking form lets you tick more than one space.

FAQ
Is there a charge?
Normally no. A charge may apply if the viewing runs beyond 30 minutes.
Can I just turn up?
Please always contact us first. We cannot show you round while someone else is using the space, and it has to be unlocked for you. If the space happens to be free, a same-day viewing may be possible — do ask.
May I take photographs?
Yes, as many as you like. You are welcome to use them internally or in your own publicity.
How many of us can come?
Within reason, there is no limit. Bringing the people who will handle the set-up, or your contractors, is fine.
Can we see the load-in route?
Yes, as part of the same visit. Tell us in advance what you need to check — lift dimensions, the route in, and so on — and it will go more smoothly.
Can we see several spaces in one trip?
Sometimes, depending on the dates and on who else is using them. People planning a pop-up or an exhibition often see ALBE Hall Nagoya and ALBE Meieki Free Space together. Some spaces will have to be a separate trip. Tell us what you would like to see when you get in touch.
I live a long way away — can I still view?
If you cannot get here, we will show you round by video call, with a member of staff pointing the camera wherever you ask. Some spaces also have a 360° VR tour, which is the next best thing to walking through them.
Do I need to prepare anything for an online tour?
No. We send you a link beforehand; open it when the time comes.
Do I have to book on the day?
Not at all. A viewing is there to help you decide, nothing more.
What is a self-guided viewing?
We unlock the space for the time you asked for and leave you to look round on your own. It suits people who want to think while they look. You cannot ask a member of staff on the spot, but send an email or a LINE message and we will answer within 24 hours.
Can I take photographs on a self-guided viewing?
Yes, and measure whatever you need to. If you move any equipment, please put it back as you found it.
What about the key on a self-guided viewing?
We unlock the space before the time we agreed, so you can walk straight in. On your way out, turn off the lights and the air conditioning, put everything back, and pull the door shut. We will lock up.
If a question comes up while you are there
Send us an email or a LINE message and we will answer within 24 hours. Please always include the name of the space along with your question.
Want a look inside first?
Seven spaces can be walked through in 360°: ALBE Meieki Free Space, ALBE Hall Nagoya, ALBE Kita-Okazaki Warehouse, ALBE Sakae Chapel, ALBE Sakae Shrine, ALBE Toyohashi Ekimae Chapel and ALBE Sky Terrace Nagoya. A good way to narrow down the list before you come in person.
