First Create Inc. ("we", "us") sets out below how personal data is handled in ALBE rental spaces and related services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
In providing the Service, we collect the following information.
- Your name, and the name of your company or organisation
- Email address and telephone number
- Booking details (space, date and time, purpose of use, number of people, and so on)
- Account registration details, your booking history, and your Points balance and transaction record
- Payment information (we do not hold card numbers ourselves; they are handled by our payment providers)
- The content of your enquiries
- How you use this website (information obtained through analytics)
2. How we use it
- Taking, confirming, changing and cancelling bookings
- Contacting you about your booking and sending you the information you need to use the space
- Replying to your enquiries
- Billing, and issuing receipts and invoices
- Awarding and managing Points, and telling you when they are about to expire (sent to your registered email address)
- News about new spaces, prices and campaigns, including our newsletter (sent only to those who have asked for it）
- Improving the Service, and statistical analysis
- Required by law
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except in the following cases.
- Where required by law
- Where it is necessary to protect someone's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
- Where we must cooperate with a state body carrying out duties prescribed by law
4. Outsourcing
We may outsource the handling of personal data to the extent needed to achieve the purposes above. We supervise our contractors appropriately.

Transfers to providers outside Japan
Where a service above is provided by a company outside Japan, your information may be stored outside Japan. For the country of storage, that country's data protection regime, and the safeguards our contractor has in place, please contact the contact point below and we will explain.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Service uses cookie-based analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve its content and usability.

What is not sent
We do not send anything that identifies you personally, such as your name, telephone number or email address.IP addresses are always anonymised on the Google Analytics side and are not stored. What we receive is aggregated statistics that cannot identify an individual.
How to stop collection
- Disable cookies in your browser settings.Some features may then stop working.
- Use the opt-out tool Google distributes.Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on stops data being sent to Google Analytics once installed in your browser.
Either way, this does not affect your use of the Service itself.
Our booking pages (booking.space-albe.com) use the same analytics, and movement between them is recorded as one continuous visit. The operator, purposes and handling are as set out in this policy.
How Google handles the information is described in Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
6. Safeguards
We take the measures necessary and appropriate to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal data and otherwise to keep it secure.
7. How long we keep it
Information relating to bookings, account registration and enquiries is kept for seven years from the date you last used the Service, after which it is anonymised or deleted. For those who have not made a booking, the period runs from the date we last heard from you.
Where the law sets a retention period for a document (account books, receipts and the like), we follow the period that law prescribes.
Retention of information obtained through analytics is set out separately under "5. Cookies and analytics.
8. Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension of use
To request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of your personal data, please contact us at the address below. We will act on it once we have confirmed your identity.
9. Email notices, and how to stop them
News about new spaces, prices and campaigns is sent only to those who asked for it when registering. Declining it puts you at no disadvantage when registering or booking.
You can change whether you receive it at any time from My page.You can also stop it using the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, or by contacting us at the address below.
Messages you need in order to use the Service — booking confirmations, notices of changes and cancellations, receipts and invoices, and Points expiry reminders — we send those whatever this setting is.This is because they are not advertising or promotion.

11. Revisions
We may change this policy without notice as the law changes or the Service improves. A change takes effect when it is published on this page.
