Changes and cancellations
Moving a booking to another date or time is free, if the new slot is available.Even at short notice, do ask. There is no limit on how many times.
If you cancel, a charge applies according to how many days are left before your booking. 31 days or more: free. 30 to 15 days: 50%. 14 days to the day before: 80%. On the day: 100%. The rates are the same at every space.
From 3 days before your booking, the booking system can no longer handle changes.Enquiry form to get in touch. Full details are on the Changes and cancellations.
The same at every space
- Book enough time to cover bringing things in and taking them out. For as long as your belongings or exhibits are in the space, it counts as in use — the same idea as a hotel room.
- Please put everything back as you found it and take your rubbish with you.
- No open flames.
About this space
- This space cannot be used for:
- An actual wedding ceremony (pre-wedding shoots are fine)
- Bringing pets (allowed in the chapel and the garden; not in the bridal room)
- Shoots or events involving loud sound, such as a live band
- Decorating or sticking anything directly to the walls
- Smoking inside the building
- Occupying anywhere other than the room you booked, such as corridors or stairs
- Excessive nudity and anything that goes with it
- The wall covering peels easily.Please do not decorate the walls.
- Please avoid anything that gives off a strong smell, such as aroma oils or incense.
- We may have to turn down anything that will be very loud.
- We do not keep shooting equipment here. Please bring your own lighting and the like.
- We cannot take in deliveries on your behalf.
- Bringing things in the day before may incur a separate charge.
- Shooting adult content is strictly not allowed.
