Viewings are available at any time — just ask
Viewings are free, and many people come to look before running a class here. If a real booking comes in after you have arranged a viewing, we may have to ask you to move it.
We have handled more than 25,000 bookings since 2016.
Consecutive days and exclusive use
We take bookings for several days in a row and by the month. We quote according to the number of days, and can invoice.

All prices include tax. There is no day rate. The rate does not change with the number of people, and there is no extra charge for selling things or for commercial use.

People run yoga, dance, walking and hip-hop classes here. Being near Nagoya Station and open until 22:00 makes it easy for students to get to.

House rules
Changes and cancellations
Moving a booking to another date or time is free, if the new slot is available.Even at short notice, do ask. There is no limit on how many times.
If you cancel, a charge applies according to how many days are left: 31 days or more, free; 30 to 15 days, 50%; 14 days to the day before, 80%; on the day, 100%.

Not a fully private room
It is separated only by a simple blind, so sound comes through from the soundproof room next door. For meditation or anything needing real quiet, we cannot promise it, depending on who else is booked in. If quiet matters most, consider ALBE Meieki Free Space.
The same at every space
- Book enough time to cover setting up and packing away. For as long as your things are in the room, it counts as in use.
- Please put everything back as you found it and take your rubbish with you. Rubbish bags are available at ¥1,100 for 45 litres.
- No smoking anywhere in the building. Please do not linger outside the room you booked — in corridors or on the stairs.
About this space
- No outdoor shoes inside. Please bring indoor shoes, dance shoes for example.
- Drums cannot be used. Please also avoid wind instruments and anything else loud, as the sound carries into the other spaces.
- Food and drink are fine, alcohol included.
- There are no restrictions on shooting, stills or video. Selling things or commercial use does not change the rate.
- You may decorate the walls with low-tack masking tape. Please do not use packing tape, pins or anything else that damages the wall covering.
- Pets are allowed on two conditions: they must not roam free in the space, and mess must be dealt with thoroughly, including taking it away with you.
- Please avoid anything that gives off a strong smell, such as aroma oils or incense. Do ask if you need to.
- We do not keep shooting equipment here. For a large commercial shoot, please bring your own lighting.
- This space cannot be used to shoot adult content. Anything involving excessive nudity is also not allowed.

FAQ
Can we keep our shoes on?
No outdoor shoes inside. Please bring indoor shoes, dance shoes for example.
How many people can use it?
At 40 sq m, a yoga or dance class of 10 to 12 works best. The maximum is 20.
Can I bring an instrument?
You may bring an instrument, but please avoid loud ones such as drums or wind instruments — they carry into the other spaces.
Is it quiet?
It is separated only by a simple blind, so sound comes through from the soundproof room next door. If quiet matters most, consider ALBE Meieki Free Space.
Is there somewhere to change?
There is a changing room and there are lockers.
Can I book on the day?
Bookings are taken up to 1 hour before you use the space.
Can I play music?
There is a portable stereo, which takes CD, Bluetooth, USB, AUX and radio.
