For two or more consecutive days, or a long run of exclusive use, we quote according to the number of days. Days marked as under discussion in the calendar may not be settled yet. Do ask first.

Viewings are free. It depends on what else is booked, so tell us when suits you. If you want to look right now, there is the 360° VR tour. If you are too far away to come, we will show you round by video call.

All prices include tax. On weekdays 13 hours or more, and at weekends and on public holidays 13 hours or more, the day rate works out cheaper. Pick your times in the calendar and whichever is cheaper is applied automatically.

Changes and cancellations
Moving a booking to another date or time is free, if the new slot is available.Even at short notice, do ask. There is no limit on how many times.
If you cancel, a charge applies according to how many days are left: 31 days or more, free; 30 to 15 days, 50%; 14 days to the day before, 80%; on the day, 100%.
From 3 days before your booking, the booking system can no longer handle changes.Enquiry form to get in touch. Full details are on the Changes and cancellations.
The same at every space
- Book enough time to cover bringing things in and taking them out. For as long as your belongings or exhibits are in the space, it counts as in use — the same idea as a hotel room.
- Please put everything back as you found it and take your rubbish with you.
- No open flames.
About this space
- There are conditions for consecutive-day bookings. Please get in touch.
- Pets are considered only for pet-related pop-up shops, on two conditions: they must not roam free in the space, and mess must be dealt with thoroughly, including taking it away with you.
- As a rule, furniture and tables may not be taken out of the room. If you need every last bit of space, Book a space on another floor as well for the length of your booking, move them yourself and put them back, and we will consider it.
- If the space is left so dirty that it affects our business, an extra cleaning charge may be charged (unless you have paid the shoes-allowed rate).
- If we find you wore outdoor shoes without telling us, that breaks the terms and ¥11,000 will be charged (unless you booked shoes-allowed in advance).
- If you want to fix anything to the walls, Please always talk to us first.talk to us and buy either masking tape or the tape we specify. If you fix anything without permission, or damage the wall covering with tape other than the one we specify, we may charge for the repair.
- Please avoid anything that gives off a strong smell, such as aroma oils or incense. Do ask if you need to.
- If you are coming by car, please use one of the pay-and-display car parks nearby.There is no car park attached to this space.
- We do not keep shooting equipment here. For a large commercial shoot, please bring your own lighting and the like.
- If your use will be loud, we may need to discuss the time of day with you.
- For a music video or similar, Drums cannot be used.Miming playing them is fine.
- Bringing things in the day before may incur a separate charge.
- Shooting adult content is strictly not allowed.

How can I pay?
We take credit cards, bank transfers and convenience-store payments. Companies can also ask about paying by invoice.
What hours can I book?
From 8:00 to 22:00, booked by the hour.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are considered only for pet-related events such as pop-up shops, and on two conditions: they must not roam free in the space, and mess must be dealt with thoroughly, including taking it away with you.
Does load-in and load-out come out of my booked time?
Please book enough time to cover bringing things in and taking them out.
