Events involving loud sound are not available
Socials, parties, dance events, live music and anything else loud are not available, on any day of the week. That includes DJ events. This follows complaints from other tenants in the building.
As a rule, use involving alcohol is also not available.
Where a company or organisation is hosting and the drinking stays within reason, or where alcohol is the product on show — a tasting, a sale, an exhibition — please talk to us. We will ask what your event is when you book.
The same at every space
- Book enough time to cover bringing things in and taking them out. For as long as your belongings or exhibits are in the space, it counts as in use — the same idea as a hotel room.
- Please put everything back as you found it and take your rubbish with you. Rubbish bags are available at ¥1,100 for 45 litres.
- As a rule, no open flames and no cooking.
About this space
- Food and drink are fine, but as a rule we do not allow alcohol to be served or brought in.That said, where a company or organisation is hosting and the drinking goes no further than a toast or something alongside a meal, or where alcohol is the product on show — a tasting, a sale, an exhibition — we may be able to accept it once we know the details. Please talk to us before booking.Gatherings whose purpose is drinking cannot be accepted.
- There are no restrictions on shooting, stills or video. Selling things or commercial use does not change the rate.
- Please ask before fixing anything to the walls. Use masking tape or the tape we specify. There is also a picture rail you can use.
- Pets are allowed on two conditions: they must not roam free in the space, and mess must be dealt with thoroughly, including taking it away with you.
- No smoking anywhere in the building. Please do not linger in the shared areas, particularly near the ground-floor entrance.
- We do not keep shooting equipment here. For a large commercial shoot, please bring your own lighting.
- Please avoid anything that gives off a strong smell, such as aroma oils or incense. Do ask if you need to.
- Where use runs across more than one day, an occupancy charge applies according to the opening hours.
Changes and cancellations
The policy below applies to bookings made through the booking system.Bookings of a whole day or more are handled individually by a member of our team, and the terms are set out separately in your quotation or written arrangement.
| Days before | Cancellation charges | How much you may drop |
|---|---|---|
| 31 days or more | None | No limit |
| 30 to 15 days | 50% | 50% or more of the original amount remains |
| 14 to 4 days before | 80% | 80% or more of the original amount remains |
